Indication
In combination with methotrexate, for the treatment of moderate to severe active rheumatoid arthritis in adult patients who responded inadequately to previous therapy with one or more disease-modifying anti-rheumatic drugs including methotrexate or a TNF-alpha inhibitor.

August 2013 - Included on the Additional List, Specialist Use only for the indication in question. ClickJet Pre-Filled Pens are now available, they are approved for use as above. January 2016 - NICE MTA advice: SMC advice 888/13 is superseded by NICE TA375. July 2019 (as per LJF) - Routinely available in line with national guidance.
