Indication
As monotherapy for the first-line treatment of metastatic microsatellite instability-high (MSI-H) or mismatch repair deficient (dMMR) colorectal cancer in adults. SMC restriction: treatment with pembrolizumab is subject to a two-year clinical stopping rule.
